We are very open minded about background. You may have a degree or no degree, formal production experience or a completely non traditional path. Your experience might be as unique as building your own YouTube channel, making TikToks that consistently perform, or creating content for your own projects.
What matters most to us is talent, personality, and drive. If you can show strong samples and bring great ideas and energy in the interview, that is just as valuable as a traditional resume.
