We need to reactivate our e-Bay store and to do that we need a creative, take charge person to help us manage it.  This is a part-time position working from the Oakville Mews Cinemas.

We are looking for a candidate with previous e-Bay selling experience who can perform in a "jack of all trades" role. The ideal candidate can work independently and must be comfortable with a computer, digital cameras and the internet. (Being able to assemble a box and pack it safely is another couple of good e-Bay skills too).

Again, the position is part-time and the work hours are flexible. The pay is $15/hour and the perks include free admission to both of our cinemas and all the popcorn you can eat.

As of Tuesday, January 19th, 2010 our Tuesday pricing will increase to $3.50 from $2.50.  Still, the best deal in town!

Costs are increasing and we have kept our pricing low and absorbed most of the increased costs over the past few years. With rent increases as of January, another minimum wage increase this spring and the so called "business friendly... HA!" HST in the summer, we are now forced to look at ways to cut expenses and increase revenue.

For now, we are only going to adjust our Tuesday discount admission in Oakville from $4/seat to $5/seat effective January 5, 2010. Over the next few weeks, we will be looking at adjustments to our Burlington pricing as well. Even wth these increases, potential increases, we will continue to be the best deal in town and we will always stick to our first principle of making it possble to go to the movies without going broke.

We are open for full shows at BOTH locations every other day including Boxing day, New Years Eve and New Years day.

From Saturday, December 19 through to Sunday, January 3, we are open every day for matinees (with the exception of Christmas day as above) at both locations!
