It has been a difficult June at our Burlington location as the air conditioning system that is maintained by our landlord has been broken since June 10th.  In fact, in our twelve years at Upper Canada Place, we have had many issues with the cooling, but never one that has stretched on for weeks. Needless to say, this has cost us dearly in lost business but we are pleased to say that the system has been fixed as of today. In fact, the system has been replaced so we expect much greater reliability going forward!

So, summer is cool at Encore Cinemas Burlington and just in time for the school break!  We are open daily for matinees starting July 1st and we have lots of great films for the whole family.

We'll see YOU at the [cool] movies...

Just in time for the school holiday, Encore Cinemas are ready to keep you, and your kids, entertained this summer.

Encore Oakville is open for matinees everyday as of June 24th and Burlington will start on July 1st!

Full days matinees will continue up to and including September 7th, 2011

Due to the nature of the special screening of Transformers: Dark Side of the Moon, the Tuesday 9 pm screening on June 28th will be subject to our regular admission rates and 3D surcharge.

You will be able to attend for Tuesday rates on Tuesday, July 5th!
