Powering Down

Encore Cinemas is making a difference, one kilowatt at a time.

We're proud to be taking part in tomorrow's Power Down Black Out Challenge. On August 11, municipalities across Ontario will be working all day to see who can save the most energy in single day.

Encore Cinemas will be reducing the lighting and air conditioning in our lobby, using only half of our snack bar and keeping the lights lower in every theatre.
