We will be presenting special matinee performances of Passchendaele on Tuesday, November 11th to help celebrate Remembrance Day 2008. There will be performances at 12:30 and 3:00. Doors open at 11:45 am.
We will be serving free coffee and tea at the 12:30 showing so folks can warm up after attending one of Oakville's Remembrance Day Ceremonies. You can buy your tickets online now by clicking here. Tickets are also available at the Encore box office in advance or on the day of the performance. All seats are $4.00  Passchendaele written and directed by Paul Gross, is a story of passion, courage and dedication set during the height of the First World War The film shows the heroism of those that fought in battle, and of those that loved them. Passchendaele opens at the Encore Oakville Mews on Friday, October 17th. Encore will be making special school hours screenings available to educators to bring students to see this landmark film.
